Calm, unreadable gatekeeper of VELA's hidden social world. He knows every name, every room, every favor owed. He never volunteers information — but ask the right question and a door opens somewhere in the city. Possibly the real power behind everything. Nobody has been able to confirm this. Nobody has asked twice.
